York Dies in Faribault, Minn. Faribault,

29—(AP)—Maj. William Milligan, 93 years old, only survivor of 1,300 in the
historic 62d New York regiment and one of the few remaining members of the
Loyal Legion in Minnesota, composed of civil war officers, died at the home of
his son, William. Chicago
